Appellate Tribunal SAFEMA Announces Key Job Openings on Deputation Basis

Positions Available

SAFEMA’s latest recruitment drive targets government employees holding relevant experience in various roles. Below are the positions and eligibility criteria:

1. Senior Private Secretary (1 Post) – Pay Level 8/9

  • Eligibility: Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the Central Government. Alternatively, those with three years of service in positions with a pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 + GP-4600 (pre-revised).
  • Selection Mode: Deputation.

2. Private Secretary (3 Posts) – Pay Level 7

  • Eligibility: Officers in analogous roles or Stenographers with three years of experience in the pay scale Rs. 5500-9000 (pre-revised).
  • Selection Mode: Deputation/Absorption.

3. Assistant (1 Post) – Pay Level 6

  • Eligibility: Central Secretariat Assistants or UDCs with five years of regular service from the Central Secretariat Clerical Service or Income Tax Department.
  • Selection Mode: Deputation.

4. Court Master (1 Post) – Pay Level 5

  • Eligibility: Court Masters or UDCs in Tribunals/Commissions under the Central Government with five years of regular service.
  • Selection Mode: Deputation/Absorption.

5. Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) (1 Post) – Pay Level 2

  • Eligibility: Regular Dispatch Riders holding a valid driving license for motor cars with at least three years of experience. Knowledge of motor mechanisms is essential, along with a minimum education of passing the 8th standard.
  • Selection Mode: Deputation/Absorption. Ex-servicemen may also apply.
