1. Director (By Deputation Including Short-Term Contract)

• Vacancies: 4
• Pay Scale: 7th CPC Level 12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)
• Method of Recruitment: Deputation including Short-Term Contract
• Educational Qualification:
  • Essential: Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Behavioral Science, Business Administration, any branch of Science (including Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning), Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Technology, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Desirable: Doctorate in a discipline relevant to Entrepreneurship Development, such as Behavioral Science, Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or Technology from a reputed institution.
• Experience:
  • Officers from Central/State Government, Union Territories, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, or similar organizations.
  • Must be holding posts in Level 12 of the Pay Matrix or have:
    • 5 years of service in Level 11 of the Pay Matrix, or
    • 7 years of service in Level 10, or
    • 8 years of service in Level 9.
  • Exposure to core areas such as industry, teaching, research, consultancy, or MSME Sector is required.
• Job Description:
  • Preparation and management of income-generating projects through business development with various government and private organizations.
  • Development and conduct of Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDP) and Management Development Programs (MDP).
  • Preparation of research proposals and publication focusing on MSME-related policy documents.
  • Organizing national and international seminars and conferences.
  • Revenue generation and guiding academic/administrative teams.

2. Faculty Member (By Deputation Including Short-Term Contract)

• Vacancies: 5
• Pay Scale: 7th CPC Level 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700)
• Method of Recruitment: Deputation including Short-Term Contract
• Educational Qualification:
  • Essential: Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Business Administration, any branch of Science (including Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning), Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Technology, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Desirable: Doctorate in a discipline relevant to Entrepreneurship Development, such as Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or Technology.

  • Teaching and training in international and sponsored programs.
  • Revenue generation through consultancy projects.
  • Publication and documentation related to MSME sector.
  • Other academic and administrative duties as assigned by the competent authority.

3. Associate Faculty Member (Direct Recruitment Including Short-Term Contract)

• Vacancies: 3
• Pay Scale: 7th CPC Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
• Method of Recruitment: Direct Recruitment including Short-Term Contract
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
• Educational Qualification:
  • Essential: Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Business Administration, any branch of Science (including Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning), Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Technology, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates with a doctorate or those in the final stages of doctoral research.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in MSME-related institutions or research projects with relevant publications.
• Job Description:
  • Conceiving and conducting EDP/MDP programs.
  • Business development through liaison with government ministries, autonomous bodies, PSUs, and private sector units.
  • Teaching and training in national and international programs.
  • Revenue generation and handling administrative tasks as assigned.

5. Envelope Superscription: Clearly mention the post applied for on the envelope containing the application.
6. NOC Requirement: Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government organizations or Autonomous Bodies must submit their applications through the proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer. Failure to provide the NOC will result in the application being rejected. The endorsement of the competent authority should be included with the application, failing which the application will be treated as invalid.
