Job Vacancies on Deputation in National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET)

The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) has extended the deadline for submitting applications for various posts on a deputation basis. According to the official memorandum dated 25th September 2024, the last date for submission has been extended to 11th October 2024.

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply before the new deadline. This extension is applicable for all posts listed under NCVET’s deputation vacancies.

Available Positions

1. Assistant Accounts Officer (Pay Matrix Level – 7)

• Pay Scale: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400
• Eligibility:
  • Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in Central Civil Services or Autonomous Organizations.
  • Three years of service in Pay Matrix Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400) or five years in Pay Matrix Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300).
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Should have experience in handling accounts, budgets, and finance-related work.
  • Basic skills in working in a computerized office environment are desirable.
• Number of Vacancies: 1
• Term: Initial appointment for 3 years, extendable as per DoPT norms.

2. Senior Personal Assistant / Personal Secretary (Pay Matrix Level – 7)

• Pay Scale: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400
• Eligibility:
  • Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in Central Civil Services or Autonomous Organizations.
  • Three years of service in Pay Matrix Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400) or five years in Pay Matrix Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300).
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Experience in PA/PS-related work.
  • Basic skills in a computerized office environment are desirable.
• Number of Vacancies: 3
• Term: Initial appointment for 3 years, extendable.

3. Office Assistant (Pay Matrix Level – 6)

• Pay Scale: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400
• Eligibility:
  • Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis.
  • Three years of service in Pay Matrix Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300).
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Experience in office-related tasks.
  • Basic skills in a computerized office environment are desirable.

• Term: Initial appointment for 3 years, extendable.

4. Assistant (Accounts) (Pay Matrix Level – 6)

• Pay Scale: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400
• Eligibility:
  • Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis.
  • Three years of service in Pay Matrix Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300) or six years in Pay Matrix Level 4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100).
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Should have experience in handling accounts, budget, and finance-related work.
  • Basic skills in a computerized office environment are desirable.

• Term: Initial appointment for 3 years, extendable.

5. Driver (Pay Matrix Level – 2)

• Pay Scale: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200
• Eligibility:
  • 10th standard pass.
  • Experience in driving official motor vehicles with a valid driving license.
  • Knowledge of motor mechanisms and the ability to remove minor defects in vehicles.
• Number of Vacancies: 1
• Term: Initial appointment for 3 years, extendable.

Additional Information

• Age Limit: The maximum age for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications.
• Allowances: In addition to pay, the post includes DA, HRA, and Transport Allowance. Medical reimbursements will be provided as per the prevailing CGHS/CS(MA) rules.
• Application Deadline: The last date for receipt of applications is 11th October 2024.
