Eligibility Criteria

- Experience Required:

- Educational and Professional Background:

Role 1: Consultant for Cryptographic Document Production (Post Code: 2024/JCB/229)
- Objective: Provide guidance to improve document security during production.
- Duties:
- Assist in secure handling and production of cipher documents.
- Provide feedback and consultancy at various stages to ensure high-quality output.
- Skill Requirements: Expertise in handling and managing cryptographic materials, technical proficiency in communication systems, and knowledge of high-altitude field operations.
Role 2: Consultant for Cryptographic Document User Interaction (Post Code: 2024/JCB/230)
- Objective: Enhance post-production user feedback management for cryptographic documentation.
- Duties:
- Provide early resolution of user feedback.
- Offer consultancy in applying new Key Management (KM) techniques.
- Skill Requirements: Knowledge in document handling, networking, and cryptographic administration.

DRDO has laid out the following conditions for successful applicants:
- Working Hours: The consultants are expected to adhere to DRDO’s lab or unit hours.
- Remuneration Details: Pensioners will receive a fixed amount calculated from the pension and last drawn pay, while non-pensioners are eligible for a maximum monthly compensation of ₹30,000.
- Leave and Other Benefits: Paid leave is limited to 1.5 days per month of completed service, and no additional benefits apart from remuneration and conveyance are provided.
- Non-Engagement Clause: Consultants should not be involved in any other business or professional activities that could conflict with their role in DRDO.
