This is the third National Commission for Scheduled Castes and the following functionaries were appointed with the Warrant in her own hand by Her Excellency the President of India Smt Pratibha Patil:-

Smt Latha Priyakumar——-Member
Shri Raju Parmar————Member
Shri M. Shivanna————Member

The Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson of National Commission for SC/ST were conferred the Status of Cabinet Minister and Minister of State respectively.

This is the 4th National Commission for Scheduled Castes and the following functionaries were appointed with the Warrant in her own hand by His Excellency the President of India SHRI PRANAB MUKHERJEE:-
