Sub:-Transfer on deputation/ Foreign Service of Central Government Employees to Central Government/ State Governments/Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies, Universities/ UT Administration, Local Bodies etc.- Restriction regarding number of applications at a time.
While dealing with the cases of forwarding of applications of officers/staff for deputation to other ministries/departments/State Government/PSUs etc, it has been observed that officers/staff apply for forwarding of their applications for many. organisations at a time (even 5-6 applications simultaneously). This consumes a lot of time of the office machinery in dealing with these cases.
While considering such a case, General Manager/SECR has desired to refer the matter to Board for issuing instructions to restrict officers/staff from making number of deputation applications concurrently, in order to save valuable time of the office machinery.
Board is, therefore, requested to consider above and issue necessary guidelines, whether there will, be any restriction of number of applications to be forwarded during a calendar year/financial year.
