Sub: Organizing outreach program for completing identification for SPARSH NID pensioners.

In continuation to this HQrs. Office letter of even no. dated 07.04.2023, it is intimated that following action may please be emphasized:-

  • ADG MP may kindly provide logistic support to Zila Sainik Boards at all stations proposed for holding outreach progammes.
  • TCS will share webex link with nodal officer of PCDA (P) as well as respective organizing agencies to enable PCDA(P) rep & TCS rep to joine online for resolution of issues.
  • All the representatives deployed on outreach events may be sensitized to be courteous to the pensioners and maintain harmony and team spirit to make the outreach programmes a SUCCESS.
  • All concerned are requested to share their experiences bringing out issues/challenges faced in previous outreach programmes held in 22 stations in March 2023 and the remedies/suggestions to make ensuing outreach programmes better.
  • VLEs of respective districts may be roped in to the respective venue of outreach programme.

2. Competent Authority has desired to organize outreach programmes in following districts as per detail given in the table below-

3. All teams will liaise with respective Zila Sainik Board for organizing outreach Programmes on above mentioned dates. PCDA (P) will share list of pending identification cases to respective organizing Controller/ team/ ADG MP in advance and also during outreach to enable the teams to complete the PCDA (PYCDA (PD)/CDA Chennai may take decision 10 depute same team at nearby locations if the dates are not overlapping. PCDA (P) will monitor the unresolved cases received in outreach program. On completion of outreach program, PCDA (P) will furnish consolidated report showing total pensioners attended, no. of ‘dentification done for SPARSH, no. of other request registered for SPARSH and no. of request taken for legacy pensioners to HQrs. Office on e-mail id cgda-atpension.dad[at]hub.nic.in for perusal of Competent Authority.

4. ADG MP is requested to extend their assistance to Zila Sainik Boards by arranging necessary infrastructure/ logistics and also to disseminate information in advance to SPARSH pensioners through their channels.

5. TCS will also depute their representatives at above locations to extend help in resolving technical issues reported/ observed during outreach. In case deputing teams at all these locations is not feasible, details of resources may be assigned location wise and shared with PCDA (P), Prayagraj to assist the visiting teams through VC.

6. Following activity will be completed during the outreach camps:

  • Make pensioners aware about SPARSH.
  • Handholding and live demo of services available to SPARSH pensioners.
  • On – spot completion of identification and resolution of grievances of pensioners.

7. PCDA (P) may compile and share the feedback obtained by various teams deputed to visit the outreach program for review by HQ CGDA office.
