Pay in PB-1(GP 1800) for Temperory status Casual Labour

The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has considered the fixation of Pay of Casual Labourers who were granted temporary status vide Casual Labourers (Grant of Temporary status and regularisation) Scheme, 1993 based on 6CPC recommendations.  It has been decided by the Ministry, that pay of such labourers may be fixed in the Pay Band 1 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1800 w.e.f. 1.1.2006, if THEY ARE MATRICULATE.

In case of non-matriculate Officers, the said benefit may be extended after completion of training in terms of Ministry of Finance OM No. 1/1/2008-IC dated 24.12.2012.
