विषय: पीएफआरडीए के सदस्यों को एनपीएस के बारे में विशेषताएं और लाभ, एनपीएस के तहत के तहत उपलब्ध विकल्पों के साथ उन्हें शिक्षित करने के लिए पीएफआरडीए का रिटायरमेंट जागरूकता कार्यक्रम और उन्हें सूचित करके सही निर्णय लेने की क्षमता प्रदान करना।
As you are aware, PFRDA in line with its vision to create a pension-literate society has been entrusted with the responsibility to regulate, promote and ensure orderly growth of the NPS and pension schemes to which the PFRDA Act applies and to protect the interests of subscribers of such systems and schemes.

जैसा कि आपको ज्ञात है, पीएफआरडीए अपने पेंशन-संबंधी समाज निर्माण के लक्ष्य के अनुरूप एनपीएस और पेंशन योजनाओं के व्यवस्थापन, प्रशासनिक नियमन और उनकी व्यवस्था, जिनके लिए पीएफआरडीए अधिनियम लागू होता है, और ऐसे प्रणालियों और योजनाओं के सदस्यों के हितों की सुरक्षा का जिम्मा संभालने के लिए सामर्थ्यपूर्ण है।

2. In order to fulfil the above obligations, PFRDA continued with its unceasing efforts of creating awareness about pensions and retirement planning. Against this backdrop, various channels or mediums of communication viz. social media, digital domain, electronic media (audio & visual), and print media, were adopted by the Authority to educate and enhance financial & pension literacy.

2. उपरोक्त दायित्वों को पूरा करने के लिए, पीएफआरडीए ने पेंशन और रिटायरमेंट योजनाओं के बारे में जागरूकता पैदा करने के अपने अविराम प्रयासों को जारी रखा है। इस प्रभाव के पीछे, प्राधिकरण ने, वित्तीय और पेंशन जागरूकता को शिक्षित करने और बढ़ाने के लिए संचार के विभिन्न माध्यम जैसे सोशल मीडिया, डिजिटल क्षेत्र, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया (आवाज और दृश्य) और प्रिंट मीडिया का उपयोग किया है।

In view of the above PFRDA has empanelled a professional training agency for imparting training on features of NPS, the process of joining the schemes, the various options available for investment and annuity, resolution of grievances, etc. The said training programs are designed in a very comprehensive manner keeping in mind, the perspective of the subscribers. Further, these sessions are backed by high-quality content designed by the PFRDA making it easier for the subscriber to comprehend whatever is being covered during the session. In addition to this, the sessions are conducted online mode so that a subscriber or nodal officer can attend the training program without disturbing his regular duties much. The said training programs can be attended online using a desktop, laptop, or mobile phone also. 3. उपरोक्त के संदर्भ में, पीएफआरडीए ने एनपीएस में शामिल होने की प्रक्रिया, निवेश और एन्यूटी के लिए उपलब्ध विकल्पों को समझाने, शिकायतों के समाधान, आदि के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए एक पेशेवर प्रशिक्षण एजेंसी को नियुक्त किया है। उपरोक्त प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम सदस्यों की दृष्टिकोण को ध्यान में रखकर एक बहुत संपूर्णता से डिजाइन किए गए हैं। इसके अलावा, इन सत्रों को पीएफआरडीए द्वारा डिजाइन किए गए उच्च गुणवत्ता के सामग्री से समर्थित किया जाता है, जिससे सदस्य को सत्र के दौरान कवर किए जा रहे कार्यों को समझना आसान होता है। इसके अलावा, ये सत्र ऑनलाइन मोड में आयोजित किए जाते हैं ताकि सदस्य या नोडल अधिकारी अपने नियप्मित कर्तव्यों को बहुत ज्यादा परेशानी नहीं आती है। उपरोक्त प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को डेस्कटॉप, लैपटॉप या मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग करके ऑनलाइन भी संपन्न किया जा सकता है। इसके अलावा, इच्‍छुक सदस्‍य पीएफआरडीए की वेबसाइट पर जाकर वेब लिंक के माध्यम से (https:// www.pfrda.org.in/index1.cshtml?lsid=546) उपलब्ध प्रशिक्षण के लिए अपना पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं।

4. Keeping in view the above backdrop, we request your esteemed office to issue suitable instructions/ Office Memorandums to your subordinate offices for disseminating this information to employees. Further, if required based on the need, PFRDA may conduct an exclusive webinar fer the employees engaged in your department. The objective is to make them more aware of the NPS and its benefits and features so that they can take informed and sound decisions w.r.t. Flexibilities/choices available under NPS to its subscribers.

4. उपरोक्त परिदृश्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए, हम आपके महत्वपूर्ण कार्यालय से अनुमोदनीय निर्देश/कार्यालय ज्ञापन जारी करने का अनुरोध करते हैं ताकि आपके अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों को कर्मचारियों को यह जानकारी प्रसारित करने के लिए समर्थन दिया जा सके। इसके अलावा, यदि आवश्यकता हो, तो पीएफआरडीए आपके विभाग में नियोजित कर्मचारियों के लिए एक विशेष वेबिनार आयोजित कर सकता है। उद्देश्य यह है कि वे एनपीएस और इसके लाभ और विशेषताओं के बारे में अधिक जागरूक हों ताकि वे एनपीएस के सदस्यों के लिए उपलब्धता/ विकल्पों के संबंध में सूचित और सावधानीपूर्वक निर्णय ले सकें।
