Temptation of High Salary to Railway Employees

Rajendra Dhedya Gavit Dileshwar Kamait Will the Minister of

RAILWAYS be pleased to state:-

(a) whether the Government is aware that railway employees are being offered temptation of high salary by private companies as published in Hindustan newspaper on 20 October, 2020;

(b) if so, the steps taken by the Government in this regard;

(c) whether the Government is taking positive steps to protect Government Organisations like Railways or to protect its personnel from such temptation in the future; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?
