ANNUAL INCREMENT

Applicable at the rate of 3% of Basic Pay.

PROMOTION INCREMENT

Applicable at the rate of 3% of Basic Pay.

STAGNATION INCREMENT

Executive shall be allowed to draw stagnation increment, one after every two years, upto a maximum of three such increments provided the executive gets a performance rating of “Good” or above.
