Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, development, and application of cryptology and information technology.
• Implementation of crypto-algorithms and their hardware/software versions.
• Testing and operational handling of cryptographic products.

Essential Qualifications:

• Educational:
  • First Class Master’s Degree in Mathematics from a recognized University/Institute; OR
  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of research, design, or technology application in cryptology, crypto-algorithm implementation, and testing of crypto products.

Desirable Qualifications:

• PhD in Mathematics or Master’s in Engineering/Technology in Mathematics & Computing or Computer Science from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary R&D projects and cryptology.
• Certificate in a foreign language other than English.

Additional Information:

• Deputation Period: 5 years
• Special Allowance: 20% of Basic Pay (no Deputation Duty Allowance)
• Maximum Age: Not exceeding 58 years as of the closing date for receipt of applications.
