NEET 2017 answer key will be available with the recorded responses of each question. NEET Answer Key 2017 for all sets will be released along with the code wise question paper and solutions. NEET 2017 answer key will be released by the various leading coaching institutes such as Allen Kota, Career Point, Aakash Institute, Resonance Rao IIT Academy, Brilliant Study Centre, Motion IITJEE, Plancess, Pathfinder and Triumph Academy etc. NEET 2017 question paper consist of 4 codes such as A/P/W, B/Q/X, C/R/Y and D/S/Z. NEET 2017 answer key consists of the correct answers to the questions asked in the question paper. With the help of NEET Answer Key 2017, candidates can calculate their probable marks in NEET 2017. Further, the exam conducting authority, CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) will release the official NEET answer key for all sets in the last week of May, 2017. However, prior to the release of official answer key of NEET 2017, CBSE will also publish OMR answer sheets of all candidates, who have appeared in the NEET 2017, conducted in offline based mode. Further,the scanned images NEET 2017 OMR sheet will also be displayed in the month of May, 2017. Thus, candidates have to download their OMR answer sheets of NEET 2017 so that they can match their marked responses in the exam with the official NEET answer key 2017. NEET 2017 is a single entrance exam in the country for providing admissions to 63,985 MBBS and BDS seats. Further, admissions to medical and dental seats in private, deemed and central universities will also be done on the basis of NEET 2017 scores only. Candidates can use NEET 2017 scores to check their admissions to MBBS and BDS seats. They can also use their scores to check the cut off NEET 2017.

NEET Score = Total number of Correct answers x 4 – Total number of Incorrect answers x -1

 

How to challenge NEET Official Answer Key 2017

 

If candidate has any complaint related to NEET 2017 answer key, the same should be submitted to the CBSE in online mode with supporting documents and a fee of Rs.1000 per question through credit/debit card. The request of challenge must be submitted within the date prescribed dates. The challenges against the NEET 2017 official answer key will be referred to subject expert/committees constituted by the CBSE for this purpose. The recommendations of the Committees pertaining to answer discrepancy will be final.

If the complaint filed by candidates is found to be genuine, the fee will be refunded while filing the complaint. Complaints received after the stipulated date and without requisite fee will not be considered under any circumstances. Complaints received by E-mail/Fax will not be considered.

 

Steps to Challenge Official NEET Answer Key 2017

  1. Click on Candidate Login and enter NEET 2017 Registration number and Password

  2. Click on ‘Key Challenge’ tab and select answer booklet code

  3. Select question for challenge and click on submit button

  4. Select answer and give comments/justifications for answer

  5. Click on ‘Confirm’ tab and pay requisite fee for challenging the answer key

  6. Pay the requisite fee either using Debit/Credit Card. For each answer key challenge candidates have to pay Rs. 1000

  7. Take printout of Confirmation Slip showing detail of answer key challenged.

NEET Cut off Marks 2017

 

NEET 2017 qualifying marks is the minimum score a candidate must secure in order to qualify the entrance examination. Comparison of closing ranks of NEET 2016 Vs AIPMT 2015

Unreserved candidates securing up to the 5,849 ranks were allotted MBBS seats in government medical colleges through 15% All India Quota seats via NEET 2016. Further, BDS seats for unreserved candidates were allocated till 8,448. The MBBS closing rank for unreserved categories was 5,025 while for BDS it was 7019 in AIPMT 2015.

NEET Result 2017


NEET 2017 result will be declared on June 8, 2017 in online mode. The result of NEET 2017 will be declared by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) in the form of a score card consisting of candidate’s name, roll number, All India Rank (AIR), percentile score and category rank etc. However, the official answer key of NEET 2017 will be declared in the second or third week of May, 2017, by the exam conducting authority, CBSE. This must be noted that in order to become eligible for admissions in MBBS and BDS seats, candidates belonging to General category have to secure a minimum of 50 percentile, while, those belonging to SC/ST and OBC categories have to obtain at least 40 percentile scores.

 

 

NEET Counselling 2017


NEET 2017 Counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats will be conducted in the month of June, 2017, tentatively. The counselling of NEET 2017 will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) in online mode. NEET counselling will be conducted for providing admissions under All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges. This must be noted that since, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu and Kashmir does not participate in central pool of All India quota, no seats are reserved in aforesaid states under All India Quota. Hence, the states will conduct counselling for 100% states quota seats.

 

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET is a national level medical undergraduate entrance exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for admission to government, private and deemed medical institutions across the country.
