I was granted 3rd MACP on 25.9.2016 in Level 8 from Level 7 and pay fixed with 70000/- with DNI on 1.7.2017. Now I got promoted to Level 11 on 20.12.2019 and I opted for pay fixation from DNI 2020. What will be my pay on 1.7.2020 and 1st increment on 1.1.2021. And whether I can opt for revision of pay in MACP w.e.f. DNI 1.7.2017 and accordingly refix my pay in promotion also. Can I get the pay fixation benefits both at the time of MACP and promotion as they happen to be both in different grades of pay. T.V.Narasimham
I was promoted as Junior Administrative officer on 27.08.2019 in the pay matrix Level 7 and fixed Basic pay 44900/-
with DNI on 01.07.2020.
Subsequently, two of my juniors have been promoted on 25.09.2019 as Asst ‘C’ in the same pay matrix Level 7 and fixed Basic pay 44900/- with DNI 01.07.2020.
They are appointed on May 2003 and June 2003, whereas my appointment was earlier than them ie., March 2002. We all three were in the same pay level before this happen, Can I claim anomaly of pay fixation/pay parity? Kindly advice.
