Hello everyone my Name is Rahul.
I am currently working in central Govt
Here is My case please first read it
I was selected in India Meteorological Department as SA and posted in Goa . Then I joined in Goa on 3rd Feb 2020. After this on 11th Feb 2020 a letter from Delhi HQ arrived at goa describing that I have been transferred from Goa to Mumbai. Then I was relieved from goa on 12th and joined Mumbai on 13th.
After that I filed TA DA CLAIM for my transfer but my office denied that it is not a transfer only change in posting
Whereas in transfer letter and relieving letter it has been clearly mentioned that official has been transferred from goa to Mumbai
No change of posting is written there.If there any rules about change of posting which I can show to office or am I eligible for TA DA

Before selection or after selected have you given any declaration or any terms & conditions that you may be posted selected place? After joining the duty at Goa on 3rd have you got appointed order with your designation office address? And you got 2nd letter may be as offer of appointment addressed to your resident, if it offer of appointment they may say it is amended to previous letter. Salary from which date calculated in February 2020?

This is to inform you that Meteorological Department is having so many offices having all over INDIA, there’s no long inbetween Goa & Mumbai. Since you are a new recruits adjust the higher Officers in this period.
