Any supportive previous OM, orders, provisions, fundamental rules, court orders, comments and suggestions are sought by me Email:- [email protected] Mobile:- 09612136658 on behalf of Mr. A for his appeal of the revision and reversion of his pay as it was before he opt the pay of his junior Mr. B. because of the late coming of O.M. No. 10/02/2011-E.III/A dated 19th March, 2012 for grant of one increment wef 1.1.2006 whose increment fell between Feb to Jun 2006.
In mid 2011 before nobody could expect the above Order, one Inspector (Mr A) in my office had opted step-up of his pay at par with his junior(Mr who is drawing higher pay. Mr B is a direct recruit Inspector whose pay at joining time in 1.3.2010 was Rs. 12540+4600 with DNI 1.7.2011 whereas that of Mr A was Rs. 11800+4600 with DNI 1.7.2010. As a result of granting his option, the pay of Mr A was so stepped-up at Rs. 12540+4600 with DNI 1.7.2011 (no increment for 1.7.2010 like Mr B; however Mr A is benefitting for all future to come in comparison of his pay if this option was not made).
BUT, with the coming of the above OM in March 2012 and Mr A’ increment being fell in June 2006, his pay was stepped-up accordingly to the OM wef 1.1.2006. Now, had he not opted pay at par with his junior (Mr wef 1.3.2010 he would have gain Rs. 100 in his PB from 1.7.2010 to 30.6.2012 and Rs. 110 from 1.7.2012 to 30.6.2013 and so on. Now that, he losses. The monthly loss at gross salary is more, which will progressively be continued till retirement and so on if he could not revise or reverse his pay as it was before opting Mr B (Junior) Pay.
