If authority itself denies in granting ccl and asks employees to reduce the no of days for ccl, though she is submitting routine. For example their ccl is granted for 25 days when asked for 60 days, such number of days are required when child is appearing for board exam or when child is living in chreche and creche is off during summer vaccation .
