There was recommendation that for first 365 days ccl, employee will get full salary but for another 365 days they will get only 80% of the salary. CCl was granted to female employees for raring child and helping child during exam or when he or she is ill. It had good motive that more female can join service as well as they can give time to thier ward during need. Now how this recommendation is given. Moreover during second half of ccl it may happen that a child is appearing for board exam . A good number of employees have availed 720 days ccl with full salary , now it is injustice to take such a step regarding ccl. The committee must reconsider this matter. I will be thankful if it remains as it was.
