I was promoted as Junior Administrative officer on 27.08.2019 in the pay matrix Level 7 and fixed Basic pay 44900/-
with DNI on 01.07.2020.
Subsequently, two of my juniors have been promoted on 25.09.2019 as Asst ‘C’ in the same pay matrix Level 7 and fixed Basic pay 44900/- with DNI 01.07.2020.
They are appointed on May 2003 and June 2003, whereas my appointment was earlier than them ie., March 2002. We all three were in the same pay level before this happen, Can I claim anomaly of pay fixation/pay parity? Kindly advice.
What was your pay and grade on 1.1.2006 in 6 th CPC and on 1.1.2016 in 7th CPC?
What was the pay and grade of your juniors as on 1.1.2006 in 6 th CPC and on 1.1.2016 in 7th CPC?
The above information is required to examine whether you can claim stepping up of pay.
Thank you very much sir!
My grade on 1.1.2006 is LDC and Basic pay is Rs. 3275/- in 6th CPC and grade as on 1.1.2016 is Assistant ‘A’ and Basic pay is Rs. 38700/- in 7th CPC.
Junior’s grade and pay details are as under:
Grade on 1.1.2006 is LDC and Basic pay is Rs. 3200/- in 6th CPC and grade as on 1.1.2016 is Assistant ‘A’ and Basic pay is Rs. 37000/- in 7th CPC.
Hope the above information is enough for your kind input, please.
With warm regards,
I was appointed as a teacher on 03.10.2006 in North Delhi Municipal Corporation. My date of first MACP is due since 03.10.2016, but due to the lethargic attitude of the department, it is still due till date. My problem is I opted 7CPC benefit from the date 01.01.2016 instead of the date of the MACP ie. 03.10.2016 which is resulting in rupees 1500 (50500 if 7cpc benefit date is 04.10.2016 and 49000 if date is 01.01.2016) less in basic pay. It wouldn’t happen if my department had done MACP on time, which could help me to choose the required option. Now my department has started MACP process, is there any procedure/process so I could reexercise my option of 7cpc benefit?
