		<description>A better way would be to replace Dinner with cabbage soup. To make the soup more satisfying, you can add 1tbsp of corn-meal (makkai ka atta) and about 25 gms  of cottage cheese (paneer from skimmed milk). Add whatever vegetables you like to make the soup tastier.  Adding 1tsp of oil would make it even better. Go slow on salt and there you are: on the way to a slimmer, fitter you!
This is no miracle cure. To be really, really effective, the substitute-soup-for-dinner routine should be woven into your life style.
An entirely different approach to weight control is the fenugreek (methi-daana)regimen:
